We had a very busy spring at AAEE! Here are some of the events that we hosted and participated in:
- "Celebrity Readers" (important members of the community) came to AAEE to read books to each class. They chose their favorite children's books to read!
- Different engineering clubs at UConn came to AAEE and worked with Grades 1-5. The clubs included Navy STEM, Engineering Ambassadors, Material Advantage, and the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics. Grade 5 also visited the new Science One Lab at UConn!
- STEM Night was a great success! Thank you to all the families who came to support it!
- We hosted our first Rocket Launch day with juniors from AAE Middle/High School. They helped us build and launch rockets. It was a very cool experience that we hope to continue.
- We also hosted our 3rd annual Junior Achievement Day with Kindergarten. SAT students will help assist with the other grades later this month.
