December Delegation Visit

We had a great opportunity to host a delegation of teachers from China this month. Twenty-five teachers from the Guangdong Province spent the afternoon at AAEE. This region is the most populated region in China. It is a coastal region that shares a north border with Hong Kong. The teachers in the delegation teach at middle schools, teacher preparation schools, professional development schools, and educational teaching and research schools. 


Our SAT students acted as docents and guided the delegation throughout our school to see specials, science lessons, STEM activities, and other daily routines. They were very impresses by our bulletin boards full of student work, interactive lessons, and the respect the students showed. 

We hope to continue this partnership with the delegation.
